How long will my order take to arrive?
Do you have a showroom where I can try your wedding and engagement rings?
You can certainly try our jewellery but unfortunately we do not have a show room - Our studio is based in Brighton. We can meet you in this area during the weekends, taking away the hustle and bustle of busy London life and to help you choose your perfect rings in such a lovely location.
If you are unable to visit us here in Brighton, we would be more than happy to meet with you in London during the week, in a convenient location for you. Two of our favourite places to meet are Searcy’s Champagne bar in St Pancras Station or The Fence in Farrington, both with easy connections to trains and tubes.
How will I know if my chosen item is ethically sourced?
Arabel Lebrusan uses recycled, Fairtrade and Fairmined metals and ethically sourced stones for the majority of our jewellery. Most items from the Bridal Collections are ethically sourced and you will find detailed descriptions of the creation process and materials used on the individual website pages for each item in our collections. We are always on the look for new ethical materials available to the market.
I cannot find my size in your website, What if my finger size is bigger or smaller, can you also make it?
Yes, we also make larger and smaller sizes - just drop us an email for a quote. Requests for smaller sized rings will be quoted at the same price as the smallest ring size available on the website. Larger sizes tend to be a bit more expensive.
Are the wedding/engagement rings available in a matt or hammered finish?
Yes they are. Simply order as "polish" and drop us an email with your order number and specifying you would like your wedding ring to be matt or hammered.
Is there any difference in colour between recycled gold and Fairtrade gold?
No, the colour will be the same if they are 18ct or 9ct, for yellow or white gold. There are differences between 9ct and 18ct though - see next point.
Is there any difference between 9ct gold and 18ct gold?
Yes. The difference is in how hard the metal will be; 9ct is softer than 18ct, and there is also a difference in colour with the yellow gold option; 9ct yellow gold is slightly whiter than 18ct. I always recommend 18ct gold for men’s rings as men are usually more active with their hands and their rings will end up showing marks. But you might prefer this “worn look”.
Can you make platinum wedding bands?
Yes, we can. Just drop us an email stating the design you like and your ring size, and we will send you a quote. We can make it using standard platinum or Fairtrade platinum. Please let us know which one you would prefer. The price for platinum bands is approximately 50% more than 18ct gold.
Can you make palladium wedding bands?
Yes, we can. Palladium is white metal similar to 18ct gold in look, and it is becoming increasingly popular for men’s rings. It is more affordable and lighter than gold and it is perfect for 4mm, 5mm or wider bands. Just drop us an email stating the design you would like and your ring size, and we will send you a quote. The price for palladium bands is approximately 25% less than 18ct gold.
Will I be allergic to your wedding bands?
It is very rare to be allergic to gold, as most individuals are only allergic to silver, but this can be a possibility. To try and avoid this, our white gold bands are made using an alloy of Palladium, a very pure metal, which very rarely causes allergies.
Where will my jewellery be made?
Most of our bridal collections are made in small workshops in Hatton Garden, the jewellery quarter of London. Our filigree jewellery is made by skilled artisans in Spain who have been making filigree their entire lives. Read more about how we work here. How does the Arabel Lebrusan Bespoke Service work?
Very simple, take a moment to visit our Bespoke Service Examples page (http://www.arabellebrusan.com/collections/bespoke-service) and if you like the style, drop us an email outlining what it is that you’re after. It is always helpful if you indicate your budget and timeframe. Some periods in the year we are extremely busy, so please give us enough time; 8-12 weeks should be sufficient. You can view a detailed explanation of the bespoke service here. (http://www.arabellebrusan.com/pages/how-it-works)
How much does your Bespoke Service cost?
That depends on the design, but we usually start our bespoke service at around £950. We only create bespoke items in 18ct gold (unless it is a large bespoke silver cuff you are after, we love making those!)
What can I do if I have other questions?
Just drop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), send us a text (0794 694 2350), or give us a call (0794 694 2350). Arabel personally responds to the majority of enquiries, though it may be a member of the team, but either way we will endeavour to answer you as soon as possible. Most enquiries are usually responded to within a day.
