BESPOKE & PERSONALISED JEWELS
"Our bespoke jewels are like beautiful treats, even to us. We have the luxury of creating really unique designs. They are sometimes eccentric, sometimes delightful but always magnificent and beautifully made by the most skilled craftsmen".
"Working with Arabel on my pendant was a total joy. The finished piece is sensational and is everything I wanted". Pamela, London
WHY CHOOSE US?
We are not your average jeweller. First, I'm a woman, I have been designing & making jewellery for over 15 years, and I'm very proud of my trade. And second, I only make beautiful jewels. I love experimenting and trying out new things, but they always look superb and original.
I am very professional and very creative - a perfect combination when it comes to bespoke jewellery.
Have a look around the website, and if you like the jewels and my ethos get in touch. I will be thrilled to create your one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery.
Bespoke jewels are more expensive that jewellery on the high street, but that is because they are personally made for you. They are unique pieces, and especially designed for you every time. As a guide, our bespoke jewels start at around £950.
They are also made with the most ethical materials available and manufactured from beginning to end in Europe by the most skilled craftsmen. A bespoke jewel with the added bonus of a beautiful story.
If you're not sure, just talk to us, we pride ourselves on great customer service. There is nothing better than a quick conversation on the phone or email to get a better impression of us.
Booking an initial consultation with us is very easy and gives you a great opportunity to discuss the inspirations and budget of the piece of jewellery of your dreams. A consultation can happen via the telephone, email or face-to-face (whether in person or on Skype).
Our studio is based in Bedford, a beautiful historic town just 45 minutes north of London by train. We can meet you here during the weekends or in London during the week. Two of our favourite places to meet clients are Searcy’s Champagne bar in St Pancras Station or The Fence in Farrington, both with easy connections to trains and tubes.
To prepare for the consultation, it's good to gather images of styles that you like, and anything else that could be of inspiration. Pinterest is a great platform to do this, as you can easily share the boards with us, but the old fashion copy-pasting of images on an email is also perfect.

BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Over the course of next three weeks after the consultation you will receive 2-3 draft designs. We will give you alternative options depending on the style and your budget. We will also give you options on alternative metal types, like Fairtrade or Fairmined Ecological Gold, and gemstones.
We will refine the concept and finalise the design according to your feedback until you are completely happy. We will also involve you as much as we can on selecting the gemstones for your heirloom: you could choose a slightly lighter or darker emerald or sapphire, depending on what you like... and your budget!
When everything is agreed, we confirm the order details and we ask for a 50% deposit to begin the next stage: Manufacturing your beautiful jewellery!
At this point we are able to give you an estimated delivery time, between 8-10 weeks from payment date. Depending on the complexity of the design, it might be shorter or longer.
"Arabel's outstanding talent was to transform the vision I had into pure poetry. Her approach was to combine aesthetics with engineering and the result is perfect." Sigi. London
CRAFTING YOUR JEWELLERY
The making of your unique jewel begins. Through conversations with the diamond mounters and setters we finalise the technical aspect of the design. We make sure, right from the beginning, that everything goes to plan.
Throughout every step of the creation process, we keep our own strict quality control. We will know your jewellery inside out. We will also keep you informed at the various stages of the production.
A piece of jewellery can be made using different processes: lost wax casting technique, totally handmade (like handmade filigree technique), CAD/CAM techniques (this means 3D drawing your design with the help of a computer and then get it 3D printed using wax), stone setting, hand engraving, laser engraving, etc... We will always use the most appropriate technique and the most skillful craftsmen to achieve the best results.
We like jewellery that is finished to perfection and we won't stop until it is 100% right.
I am fully committed to sourcing the finest materials, produced only through sustainable practices. As one of the UK’s very first Fairtrade Gold licencees in 2011, I believe that by creating our jewellery from carefully selected sustainable and traceable materials, we can offer our customers jewellery that is beautiful both inside and out, and most importantly, help make the world a better place.
