Deliveries. Additional Information
All parcels shipped must be signed for. Please ensure delivery address is the same where you or someone close to your will be available to sign and pick up the package (i.e. home or work). If you are not present during time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with details explaining how you can reschedule to pick up your parcel.
Note:
*Delivery time will vary depending on product availability and clearance of payment.
**If your order is made on the weekend or falls on UK holidays, delivery time will take 1-2 days longer.
***Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be removed from your order at checkout. The current UK VAT amount will be applied.
Returns
All full priced items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
All non-full priced items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.
Customers must email or call customer service for a RAN number to make the return possible.
*Refunds from within the UK are free of cost. If you want to return a package, please email us with proof of postage cost, and we will issue a cheque for you in the claimed amount.
**EU and International refunds and exchanges are non-refundable. The postage will be at the cost of the customer.
Purchases must be returned exactly how they arrived. Please ensure that items are returned with security tag intact, in their original packaging, and proof of purchase with a clearly written RAN number provided by Arabel Lebrusan.
Returns. Return authorisation number (RAN)
A Return authorisation number must be requested from Arabel Lebrusan within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To request a RAN, please email customerservices@arabellebrusan.com
Returns. How to make the return
1. Use original packaging and box
2. Include all paperwork clearly filled-in
a. Original receipt
b. RAN and reason for return written on returns section of your invoice
c. Please also include RAN on front of the package
3. ensure that price of post to return item is clearly shown so that we can refund money back onto your card.

We propose you use Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery for your own protection. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
A refund will be issued within 3-5 days of the item returned back to the above stated address. Please ensure that you retain a receipt of cost for returned postage, as you will need to email us so we can send you a cheque to cover the shipping costs. Cost of returns will be reimbursed via cheque.
The full amount of goods purchased will be returned on the same credit card used to make the original purchase. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you directly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 30 days of original purchase, and only if products are available. Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has been received in the apppropriate condition.
Bespoke
There are no refunds or exchanges for bespoke commissioned pieces. However, if the bespoke piece is found to be faulty, Arabel Lebrusan reserves the right to repair the item first or re-make the bespoke piece for you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
