How it works

Arabel offers customers a bespoke commission service. If you would like something unique for you or a loved one for a special occasion or just as a treat please contact us and we can arrange a personal consultation. The meeting can take place in the most convenient place for you: work, home or virtually (can be done through emails). Arabel is based near London and she is regularly there meeting clients in different parts of town.

We can create your bespoke design in silver, white or yellow gold or platinum and select specific diamonds or precious stones to suit your personal style. It is helpful to have a budget in mind before contacting us, as it will help with the design choices.

Steps

1. Contact us or make an appointment, telling us what kind of jewellery you would like and an approximate budget. Bespoke engagement rings could start at around £800.

2. Then Arabel will draft examples of the design and provide quotes.

3. Then she will finalise the perfect design according to your feedback. At this point we will need a 50% deposit to manufacture the piece.

4. It will take around 6-8 weeks to finish your piece, depending on the complexity of it. One it is finished simply finalise your payment and take your jewellery home.
