    Sizing Guide

    You cannot find your ring size on the website
    If you cannot find your size in the dropdown menu, just send us an email with your requested size and we will send you a quote. If it is just one-two sizes smaller or bigger than the last size available on the website, the price will remain the same.
    Find your size. Rings

    For you to ensure you are getting the best fit ring we recommend you use our ring sizer. Use this with a ring that either you or the person whom you are purchasing for currently wears. Select a ring that is a similar style the one you want to purchase and then follow these instructions.
    1. Print this page at 100% size.
    2. When setting your print options you must ensure the options to fit or shrink to page ARE NOT selected in your print window on your computer screen.
    3. Print the document and then with a ruler or tape measure the outer box with a ruler to ensure it matches the dimensions marked.
    4. Hold your selected ring against the circles on the chart.
    5. Chose the letter that best matches the internal diameter of the ring.
    6. This will be the size of the ring.

    Returns

    All full priced items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
    All non-full priced items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.
    Customers must email or call customer service for a RAN number to make the return possible.
    *Refunds from within the UK are free of cost. If you want to return a package, please email us with proof of postage cost, and we will issue a cheque for you in the claimed amount.
    **EU and International refunds and exchanges are non-refundable. The postage will be at the cost of the customer.
    Purchases must be returned exactly how they arrived. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, and proof of purchase with a clearly written RAN number provided by Arabel Lebrusan.
    Bespoke service, Wedding rings and Engagement rings
    There are NO REFUNDS or exchanges for Bespoke commissioned jewels, Wedding rings or Engagement rings, as all these items are made to order and specially manufactured to your requested specifications. However, if the item is found to be faulty, Arabel Lebrusan reserves the right to repair the item first or re-make the item for you.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    If you have purchased a silver item, we aim to post your order within three to five working days. For our Wedding Bands and Engagement Rings most clients receive their finished jewellery within four to six weeks, but let us know if you need yours sooner and we'll let you know whether we can meet your deadline. We endeavour to provide an exceptional and friendly service to all our clients.
    Do you have a showroom where I can try your wedding and engagement rings?
    You can certainly try our jewellery but unfortunately we do not have a show room - Our studio is based in Bedford, a beautiful town just 1 hour north of London by train. We can meet you in this area during the weekends, taking away the hustle and bustle of busy London life and to help you choose your perfect rings in such an intimate and quaint location.
    If you are unable to visit us here in Bedford, we would be more than happy to meet with you in London during the week, in a convenient location for you. Two of our favourite places to meet clients are Searcy’s Champagne bar in St Pancras Station or The Fence in Farrington, both with easy connections to trains and tubes. These perfect venues will help you to feel comfortable and at ease when selecting your forever rings.
    How will I know if my chosen item is ethically sourced?
    Arabel Lebrusan uses recycled, Fairtrade metals and ethically sourced stones for the majority of our jewellery. Most items from the Bridal Collections are ethically sourced and you will find detailed descriptions of the creation process and materials used on the individual website pages for each item in our collections. We are always on the look for new ethical materials available to the market.
    I cannot find my size in your website, What if my finger size is bigger or smaller, can you also make it? 
    Yes, we also make larger and smaller sizes - just drop us an email for a quote. Requests for smaller sized rings will be quoted at the same price as the smallest ring size available on the website. Larger sizes tend to be a bit more expensive.
    How does the Arabel Lebrusan Bespoke Service work?
    Very simple, take a moment to visit our Bespoke Service Examples page (http://www.arabellebrusan.com/collections/bespoke-service) and if you like the style, drop us an email outlining what it is that you’re after. It is always helpful if you indicate your budget and timeframe. Some periods in the year we are extremely busy, so please give us enough time; 8-12 weeks should be sufficient.     How much does your Bespoke Service cost?
    That depends on the design, but we usually start our bespoke service at around £950. We only create bespoke items in 18ct gold or Platinum (unless it is a large bespoke silver cuff you are after, we love making those!)
