The Water Project
The Water Project, Inc. is a non-profit organization that's bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water.
In supporting this NGO, Arabel Lebrusan have chosen to help the water problems in Sierra Leona. This country suffered eleven years of civil war, and an estimated 150,000 people died during that time. One of the reason leading to this disaster was the fight between groups for controlling the Diamond mining industry, and the traffic of Blood Diamonds. Visit our Fund-raising page click here.
Why Give Water?
When there is no water, there is needless suffering.
Poverty, disease, hunger, inequality... you name it. There are lots of things wrong with our world. Each has devastating effects on billions of lives. But did you know that many of the seemingly impossible problems facing the world's poor are linked directly to a lack of clean water?
